I invite you to step into the sacredness of you

Why hypnosis and what does it do?

Hypnotherapy is a gentle practice that opens communication with the subconscious — the deeper realm where the mind, body, and emotions meet. In this relaxed, focused state, the conscious mind softens, allowing you to access the root of what you’re currently experiencing. From here, true healing begins — repairing trauma held in both the body and the psyche, reshaping old perceptions, and creating new pathways of peace and possibility. Because transformation happens through the whole self, not just the mind, hypnotherapy becomes a compassionate way to restore balance, clarity, and trust from within.

Below are a few reasons why you might seek out Hypnotherapy

Addiction

Addiction can be challenging to overcome, and therapy, including hypnotherapy, can be an effective tool in treatment. Hypnosis may help individuals address the subconscious roots of their addiction, making it a useful complement to traditional therapies like cognitive behavioral therapy.

Past life sessions

Hypnosis and past life regression can potentially help individuals explore their subconscious, leading to greater self-awareness and emotional relief. Some people report benefits such as reduced anxiety, improved understanding of personal issues, and healing from past traumas through these therapeutic techniques

Weight loss

Hypnosis can help with weight loss by addressing the psychological factors that influence eating habits, such as emotional triggers and subconscious beliefs. Parts therapy, which involves exploring different aspects of the self, may further enhance this process by helping individuals understand and integrate their motivations for eating, leading to more sustainable weight management.

Anxiety

Hypnotherapy can help manage anxiety by promoting relaxation and focused attention, making individuals more open to positive suggestions for behavior change. It may also assist in exploring underlying issues related to anxiety, leading to improved emotional control and reduced symptoms.

Chronic pain

Hypnotherapy can be beneficial for managing chronic pain by helping individuals alter their perception of pain and reduce anxiety associated with it. It promotes relaxation and allows patients to focus their attention away from pain, which can lead to significant pain relief and improved quality of life. Hypnosis can also allow access to the root cause of said pain leading to a level of relief and resolution.

Depression

Hypnosis can be a beneficial complementary treatment for depression, helping individuals manage symptoms by promoting relaxation and altering negative thought patterns. It may enhance the effectiveness of traditional therapies and improve overall well-being when used alongside other treatments.

Apathy

Hypnotherapy may help address apathy by enhancing focus and receptiveness to positive suggestions, potentially motivating individuals to engage more actively in their lives. It can also assist in exploring underlying emotional issues and promoting healthier thought patterns, which may alleviate feelings of disinterest or lack of motivation.

Breaking through limiting beliefs surrounding wealth and prosperity:

Hypnotherapy can help individuals overcome limiting beliefs and negative thought patterns about money, allowing them to develop a mindset conducive to financial success. By reprogramming the subconscious mind, hypnotherapy promotes confidence, reduces self-sabotage, and encourages healthier financial habits, ultimately leading to greater wealth accumulation

How does hypnosis compare to other forms of  therapy?

Compared to other forms of therapy, hypnosis is the obvious choice for many issues. Alfred A. Barrios, Ph.D. reviewed the overall lasting success of various psychological approaches. This study revealed the following success rates.

Psychoanalysis - 38% success rate after an average of 600 sessions

Behavior Therapy - 72% success rate after an average of 22 sessions

Hypnotherapy - 93% success rate after an average of 6 sessions

About Me

The profound impact hypnotherapy has had on my life motivated me to study and become a certified hypnotherapist. I enjoy working with people from all walks of life because this therapy offers the potential for freedom, joy, new experiences and perspectives, empowered self-expression, and much more for anyone and everyone.

I was adopted, and from personal experience, I understand some of the challenges that childhood trauma can cause in life, such as issues with emotional growth and development, relationships, self-confidence, and a sense of belonging. Hypnotherapy helped me reframe some of my most impactful traumas related to separation, which led to a new level of freedom in expression and a deeper sense of connection and belonging within my community, family, and personal relationships. It also gave me the courage to go beyond what I thought I was capable of in business and entrepreneurship, and to transform my ability to show up in more supportive ways as a parent to my children.

I have always been of a healing mind, meaning the healing arts have long been a significant part of my journey. Over the past 20+ years, I have shared and employed various therapeutic techniques in my practice, not only for myself personally but also to help others find freedom, a sense of wholeness, and confidence on their desired path in life.

A few of these are:

-Heart Healing/trauma healing/Healing codes

-Healing through relationship with Nature/ remembering through the process of reconnection that we are not separate but one with Nature.
